Buchanan Street Registration Form The Ticket to Your Future: Transition Career Fair is an informative event to help students plan for their future educational and career goals. Area colleges, universities, and local businesses will come together to allow students to explore, ask questions, and gather information. Students will have the opportunity to hear about types of careers they are interested in and will learn how education fits into each career. * Snacks provided/Lunch on your own * If your school would like to participate, please fill out the form below and return it by fax. The AAHD Scholarship Program will support students with disabilities who are pursuing higher education. Preference will be given to students who plan to pursue undergraduate/ graduate studies in the field of public health, health promotion, or disability studies, to include disability policy and disability research. Royalties from the Disability and Health Journal will fund the first year of the AAHD Scholarship Program.
